If you have a mobile device, ROKU, PS3 XBOX, or Google TV device and get the yearning to watch Thunderbirds without getting the DVDs or BluRays out, you can now watch the entire series for free on Crackle.com.
You can even watch it in your web browser, but obviously with a set top box of some kind you can watch it on a real TV.
The quality isn't high def, in fact, its rather poor, but the price is right!
They also have the entire series of The Prisoner. No other Anderson shows as yet though...

Today brought an interesting development in the worlds of Gerry Anderson.
A press release was issued by Anderson Entertainment/Jamie Anderson announcing a kickstarter campaign to fund a project where one or more books would be written based on existing work completed by the late Gerry Anderson. He worked on an idea named "Gemini Force One" from 2008 until his passing at the end of 2012.
His son, Jamie has announced a kickstarter campaign to raise the necessary funds to employ an author to write a book based on the ideas. The author has been named as MG Harris, author of the popular "Joshua Files" series of books.
The kickstarter page includes a great many details, as well as a short introductory video from Jamie Anderson explaining the project.

The latest issue of the fan-created magazine "Andersonic" is now available. Issue 12 contains an interview with sculptor John Blundall and Century 21 focus puller Robin McDonald.
Also included is a feature on an unfilmed Space:1999 script as well as an article on the recent Royal Mail Supermarionation stamps.
In addition, there are episode reviews, a competition and more.
The magazine features colour on front and back with black and white inside. The material is well done and is a smallish fanzine, but the size of FAB.
Its quite affordable and I highly recommend you pick up one, or indeed all of the available back issues. Its rare to find people still creating new material about Anderson and as fans we should support them!

Apparently, the recent Barry Gray 102nd anniversary show for "The Beyondophonic Action Hour" was so popular that they decided to re-run some of the Barry Gray specials from last year. Two specials, in fact.
The first 1 hour show is a special featuring a chronological sequence of the themes and also includes some other interesting tracks. The MP3 file is here.
The second 1 hour show is a special featuring covers of Barry Gray music. Features some very unusual versions of familiar themes. Quite interesting stuff! The MP3 file is here.
All this great work is brought to you by "Tothar" and is hosted by Luxuriamusic.com. Tell them thanks!
