One of the highlights of the convention was undoubtedly the superb exhibition hall which contained the largest assemblage of Anderson puppets, models, props and artwork ever displayed for the public.

Fanderson Gold was held at the Bank Holiday weekend 24-26th August 1996 in the Oatland Park Hotel in Weybridge, Surrey, some 20 miles south of the London Heathrow Airport and almost "around the corner" for most APF studio guests. In fact Reg Hill even lives in that town although he did not take part in this convention.
