We all have a favorite Thunderbirds episode - what's yours? That's the question the people over at A&E want to know. They are putting together a "Best of Thunderbirds" DVD set and have set up a page on their site for fans to vote. Update: voting has now closed.
Carlton in the UK issued a press release with information about pending merchandising with "Thunderbirds Classic". The "Classic" appendage is there to differentiate the original show from the movie. The following is the text from the section in the release about Thunderbirds.
The Focus DIY (Do It Yourself - home repair) chain in the UK is starting a fund raising activity in their shops. They will be selling Thunderbirds badges and the money will be going to help the Meningitis Trust. Full text of the press release is below.

A company in Europe named DeAgostini is starting up a Thunderbirds magazine with a difference. Each issue will cover an episode in detail and comes with a DVD or video of the episode.
The magazine is going to be available only via internet or mail subscriptions. The magazine/DVD is being test-marketed in the west of England, so is available for those who do not want to subscribe. They are currently testing it with the first 6 episodes. Depending on how well that works, they may launch it again from the start or hopefully just see it through to the end.
Thunderbirds Toys are go for FEVA! A UK company called FEVA is working on a range of Thunderbirds toys from the new Thunderbirds movie. Photos and more to come soon!

The anticipated Captain Scarlet game "Retaliation" was put on hold just before the holidays. It now appears that the developer is looking for a buyer for the game which they are selling as a generic game very close to completion.
All 13 episodes of the final supermarionation series, The Secret service, have been released on DVD in the US. The region 1, NTSC 2 disc set is available from Amazon and other fine retailers...
