With this year being the 40th Anniversary for Thunderbirds, Vivid Imaginations is set to release a new(ish) range of toys to tie in with the festivities. The 30cm figures will be re-released along with the larger Thunderbird craft and a "NEW" Interactive Tracy Island with automated take off and landing sounds. The full range is still not entirely clear, but it seems unlikely that the smaller figures will be released. It also seems unlikely that the smaller vehicles will be reissued. The items are due for release in the Autumn of 2005. Full press release from Vivid is reproduced below:
