Our house goes on the market soon

So today we met with the realtor and filled out some of the paperwork to get our house on the market. Its not the best time in the world, but we have a decent house with a great view and the house is reasonably well upgraded. A year or so ago it was probably worth about $375,000. Today we listed it for $317,000. Such is the housing market. I know we are heading into the slow/dead season for house sales, but my goal is to sell the house before we move into the new place sometime around March 2009. Whatever means necessary.
