Has Gerry Anderson ever done a voice for a character in his own shows? Twice. Gerry's voice, run through a synthesizer, became Robert the Robot in FIREBALL XL5 and SID the computer in the SCARLET episode "Lunarville 7" (not to be confused with SID the space station in UFO, whose voice was provided by a BBC radio personality). Sylvia Anderson, however, did most of the female voice work in the puppet productions up through THE INVESTIGATOR.
